LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Pamela Anderson may not be the frontrunner going into the All-Star edition of “Dancing with the Stars,” but that hasn’t stopped the actress from dreaming of mirrorball glory.
“I would carry it with me everywhere,” she said when asked what she’d do if she won the Season 15 trophy, in a new interview released by “DWTS.” “I’d have a lot of parties afterward, but that goes without saying. I don’t know if I could handle it. I don’t know if I could spiritually handle it if I won. That’d be nuts.
“I’m not going to go there,” she said, stopping herself from further dreaming about scooping the top prize with her partner, Tristan MacManus. “I’m going to dance to dance.”
Pam said she is ready to do whatever it takes to really compete this season.
“I like to be put in uncomfortable positions,” she said.
“Best season ever,” Tristan laughed. “This is gonna unbelievable. It’s gonna be great.”
“Just throw me up against the wall, see if I stick to the wall,” Pam added. “I wanna be dropped on my head. I’m not scared. I’m a gymnast — when I was 7. I can still do the splits, so that’s a start. I don’t remember anything else.”
Kelly Monaco, who won the first season of “DWTS” (before that rematch with “Seinfeld” star John O’Hurley), said she isn’t thinking about winning just yet, but she does have one immediate goal.
“I just don’t wanna be voted off first,” the “General Hospital” actress (she plays Sam) said.
She’s also hoping to avoid injury as she competes with partner Val Chmerkovskiy.
“I don’t think there’s any way to get around your feet being really sore and blistered, that’s just, I think, the result of working very hard,” Kelly said.
“It’s something that comes with the territory. If your pedicure stays clean, it means you’re not doing enough,” Val chimed in.
“I’m not sure he understands the first time around, my feet were bleeding,” Kelly responded.
“Oh, I don’t know. I was like 10 years old,” the 26-year-old laughed (he was actually 19 when Kelly won). “I wasn’t even allowed to watch television [then].”
“Dancing with the Stars” returns September 24 at 8/7c on ABC.
